MIAMI. As per a capture affirmation, Enrique Gallardo, 62, appeared at a lady’s home on Southwest Fifth Street and began striking against the entryway. The lady, who had recently told to him not to go to her home, let Gallardo inside so he would quit slamming.

Gallardo told the woman he was going to have sex with her, but she asked him to leave because she was sick. The affidavit declares that the defendant then became upset and pulled out a pocket knife and began to scream at the victim ‘’if you’re not going to be mine, I’m going to kill you’’.

Gallardo then put the knife to the tip of the lady’s eye and revealed to her he was “going to remove her eyes first,” the declaration said.

He at that point moved the knife to her throat, advising her, “I’m going to cut your throat next and after that cut you into a million pieces,” the affidavit said.

Gallardo punched the lady twice in her face before he was arrested, police said.

The capturing officer wrote in the testimony that Gallardo was worrying and dawdling so he wouldn’t need to get into the back of the squad car. When the officer was at long last ready to get Gallardo in the vehicle, Gallardo spat in the officer’s face.

It was uncovered in a supplemental report that Gallardo was HIV-positive.

Gallardo faces charges of aggravated battery, resisting arrest without violence, battery on a law enforcement officer and criminal transmission of HIV.

Gallardo was set up for the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center. He was being hung on a $14,500 bond.
